Play Responsibly,
Stay Safe — at 99bat
99bat believes betting should be a source of fun, not addiction. Our safe and responsible gaming policy helps you stay in control at all times.
Our Responsible Gaming Commitment
Your safety and well-being are our top priority at 99bat. We want you to enjoy every moment — within your limits.
Online betting should be an entertaining activity — not a source of income or a solution to financial problems. 99bat believes every player must have full control over their time and money. That is why we have put in place a number of effective tools and policies to help you maintain healthy gaming habits.
Every transaction on our platform is secured by SSL encryption and operated under a fair play policy. We strictly prohibit minors (under 18 or 21 years of age) from participating. To open an account and place bets at 99bat, you must be 21 years of age or older.
Set Deposit Limits
Decide in advance how much you can deposit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. To increase a limit, you must wait for a specified cooling-off period.
Bet Amount Limits
Set your own maximum on how much you can wager per session or within a set time period. This tool helps prevent overspending in the heat of the moment.
Time-Out Break
Take a time-out on your account for any period from 1 day up to 6 weeks. During this time, login and betting will be fully suspended, but your account will remain intact.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel betting is getting out of control, you can apply to close your account for anywhere from 6 months up to permanently. Once this decision is made, it cannot be reversed before the set period ends.
Age and Identity Verification
Age and identity verification is mandatory when opening an account at 99bat. To protect minors, we also recommend using parental control software.
24/7 Support Team
If you are experiencing any issues, our support team is available 24 hours a day via live chat and email in Bengali. You do not have to face this alone.
Warning Signs of Problem Gambling
If you notice any of the signs below in yourself or someone close to you, seek help immediately.
Watch for These Signs
- Placing larger bets to try to win back lost money
- Repeatedly returning despite deciding to stop betting
- Hiding your betting from family or friends, or lying about it
- Taking out loans or spending savings to fund betting
- Feeling restless or angry when unable to bet
- Neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities
- Turning to betting to relieve stress, loneliness, or anxiety
Keep in Mind
Gambling is entertainment — it is never a guaranteed source of income. The outcome of every game is random and no one can guarantee consistent winnings. Only spend money you are prepared to lose.
Self-Assessment Questionnaire

Have you been unable to stop betting?
Are you prioritising betting over time with family?
Do you feel emotionally distressed after a loss?
Has betting caused you financial hardship?
Are you arguing with family or friends because of betting?
If you answered "yes" to more than two questions, please contact our support team.

Protection for Minors
If children or teenagers use your device, install parental control software on it. Proof of age 21+ is mandatory to create an account at 99bat.
Best Practices for Healthy Gaming
Follow these simple habits to keep enjoying 99bat for a long time.
Set a Budget First
Before you start playing, decide the maximum amount you will spend today. Making this decision in advance prevents overspending on impulse during a session. You can manage this automatically using the deposit limit tool on 99bat.
Stick to a Time Limit
Playing for long stretches without a break weakens decision-making. Set a time limit before starting a session and take a break when it ends. 99bat's session timer will remind you when your time is up.
Keep Your Emotions in Check
Stay away from betting when you are stressed, angry, or upset. Making decisions in that state is risky. If you feel your emotions are affecting your betting, take a break for the day.
Accept Losses
Placing larger bets to recover lost money is dangerous. Every game result is independent and a previous loss does not influence future outcomes. The wisest decision when you lose is to stop.
21+ Age Limit and Identity Verification
99bat strictly prohibits gaming by minors.
The minimum age to create an account and bet at 99bat is 21 years. We verify age and identity at registration, and additional documents may be requested if necessary.
If children or teenagers use your computer or mobile device, take the following steps:
- Use parental control software on your device
- Set up betting site blocking in your browser
- Never share your account password
- Lock your device when you are away from it
- If you have any concerns, let our support team know
