Identity Verification
99bat may at any time request a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued document for identity or age verification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. Providing false information may result in account cancellation.
One Account Policy
Each user may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person or household is prohibited. In the event of a violation, all associated accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses will be cancelled.
Account Registration & Management
Registration Process
It is mandatory to register an account with accurate and up-to-date information. Name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details must be correct. Providing incorrect information may result in account verification failure and disruption to the withdrawal process.
Login Credential Security
It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. 99bat will not be held responsible for any loss caused by third-party access.
Account Suspension & Cancellation
99bat may temporarily suspend or permanently cancel an account in any of the following cases:
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Being suspected of or confirmed as a minor.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Misuse of bonuses or promotions.
- Fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activity directed at other players.
- Suspicion of money laundering or other financial crimes.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Accepted Payment Methods
99bat currently processes deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Transactions through methods outside this list will not be accepted.
Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. Transactions below the set limit will not be processed.
Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, additional time may be required during identity verification or in the case of unusual transactions. Bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be completed.
Return via Same Method
For security and anti-money laundering purposes, withdrawals are generally sent to the same method or account used for the deposit. In exceptional circumstances, additional verification may be required.

Welcome Bonus
99bat offers new users a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or if you deposit ৳18,000 you will receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, for a total of ৳26,000.
Wagering Requirements
A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount, on the bonus amount only (not on the combined total of deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in bets required before the bonus can be withdrawn. Withdrawal from the bonus is not permitted until the wagering requirement has been met.
Bonus Abuse Prohibited
Misuse of bonus terms — such as collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, strategic abuse through specific betting patterns, or fraudulent activity — may result in account cancellation and bonus forfeiture. 99bat monitors suspicious activity and reserves the right to take action accordingly.
Other Promotions
From time to time, 99bat may launch other promotional offers. Each promotion will have its own terms, which will be detailed on the relevant offer page. In the event of a conflict with the general terms and conditions, the specific terms of the promotion will apply.
VIP Program & Loyalty Benefits
VIP Tiers
99bat operates three VIP tiers:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% cashback per week.
- Silver: up to 0.8% cashback per week.
- Gold: up to 1.2% cashback per week.
Tier Progression
Users can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular betting activity. Each tier offers additional benefits, faster withdrawal processing, and exclusive promotions. VIP benefits may vary depending on the current tier and activity level.
Cashback Eligibility
Weekly cashback applies to the net loss for that week. Cashback funds are credited directly to the balance and separate wagering conditions apply to them. 99bat reserves the right to modify the cashback structure, effective upon prior notice.
Prohibited Activities & Code of Conduct
Fraud & Manipulation
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:
